
What’s Included
All Party The Night Away Bands provide as standard:

2 x 1 hour or 3 x 40 minute live band sets between 6pm and midnight.
Pre-mixed disco throughout the night when the band aren’t playing ensuring there is never a moment without music. Requests can be taken beforehand or during the party (dependent on wifi or good phone signal).
Fully self-contained professional sound and lightning equipment. They just need access to a power supply.
Fully covered with PLI and PAT tested equipment.
First dance requests performed at no extra cost, however please bear in mind the bands style and sound.
The bands can also provide at additional cost:
Early arrival and late finish
Acoustic sets for earlier in the day. These are great for quieter moments such as drinks receptions.

That’s right! Rather than forming one band that does a little bit of everything, we decided to form multiple bands that focus in on specific styles. That way you will receive a band that is tailored just for you. We can discuss your preferences and bring along a band and set list to suit you, your tastes, aesthetic, and themes for the day. You’re hiring a band to fit snugly into your day.

Completely adaptable. Please let us know your preferences when you book to help us prepare. We will also contact you a few weeks before the big day to discuss final details and that is where we can really discuss your musical style.
Our bands can take requests for the disco music in-between the live sets. Feel free to take a look through the repertoire for all our bands and let us know your likes and dislikes. We can then write a set list that meets your needs. We normally put in too many songs in our set lists to allow us room to read the crowd and change what we’re doing on the night to keep everyone dancing.

This is absolutely fine. They are becoming more and more common and we have played venues with them plenty of times in the past. While not ideal, we know how to work with them.

In terms of our stage area. At least 4m x 3m but the more the better really. We like to jump around and put on a show. We also require power from 2 domestic sockets.
Food, soft drinks, and water please. Evening buffet is absolutely fine. Travel costs are included in our quote but parking is not. We need parking for up to 4 vehicles at or close to the venue.

Yes, we are fully self-contained with our own PA system and lighting rig that is fully PAT tested.

Of course we can. We would need a covered area in case of bad weather and a solid flat surface to set-up on (no grass please) with access to power.

We need an hour and half from arrival to being fully sound-checked and ready to play. This is assuming that we are able to park our cars close-by for a swift load-in. Most of our set-up time can be done around other activities of the day such as wedding breakfast or drinks receptions. We will spend approximately 15 minutes sound-checking at full volume.

Upon sending you a quote we will hold the date for 7 days. To secure the booking a deposit of 30% is required, with the final balance due 2 weeks before the date. We accept bank transfer only.
